RTI TO FIGHT FALSE MAINTENANCE CASE
Friends, if you are suffering from false maintenance cases then you need to fix this issue with the help of RTI's only because judgments can be made inapplicable as per the discretion of a judge citing various reasons but when you submit evidences gathered via RTI Act'2005 then the Judge/ MM do have to use those as evidences against the opposite party.
